  • Yes please! Indoor shoes/ slippers are welcome if you prefer.

  • We do encourage everyone to bring their own mat, (especially on those busy weekends) but if you forget, we have extras you’re welcome to borrow! We have blocks for use on a first come first serve basis.

  • We unfortunately do not have running water at our studio so we encourage everyone to please bring a full water bottle. If you do forget, our friends over at the marina have lots of drink options for you to purchase.

  • Sometimes! We are a covered/ protected outdoor space, so if it is hot outside, the yoga can be hot! You are protected from the sun and there is a beautiful summer breeze that passes throughout most classes so we find it is quite a perfect summer temperature.

  • CAR: We ask all cars to please park on the road before the marina driveway and avoid any areas that are dedicated to Slip Renters. Our friends at the Marina do not have any space for public parking but the road behind the marina that leads to the Marriott is very long and has ample spots!

    BOAT: If you are coming by boat we encourage you to please try and get dropped off at the gas dock as the marina dock can be very busy in the summer. The Boathouse has a few spots at the end of the long gas dock that are usually open but boat-pooling and being dropped off is definitely ideal.

  • We understand life can be busy, if you are going to be late one day, please try and come into class as quietly and subtly as possible.

  • Classes may be cancelled up to 2 hours prior to the class start time to have the class put back onto your account for a later use. For larger groups, the cancellation policy is 12 hours prior to class start time to have all classes returned to their accounts.

  • Class passes/ memberships are fully refundable 5 days after purchase if NOT used. Once a pass is activated by first use/ after 5 days since purchase passes/ classes are non-refundable. We strongly encourage our students to try the space prior to purchasing one of our larger passes to ensure it is the right decision for you - and reach out if you want advice or to talk with any of us!   • Class packages may be used throughout the summer in which they are purchased only. Our packages automatically expire 8 months after purchase. We strongly encourage students to consider their summer schedule when purchasing the lager packs!
